Summary
West Biofuels LLC is a 2007 start-up company based in California with funding and active management provided by Peter Paul of San Rafael, California. Likewise, two affiliated companies, West Biofuels Development Inc. and West Fabrication LLC, have been formed to accomplish hardware fabrication tasks and the demonstration and deployment functions, respectively. West Biofuels LLC owns the intellectual properties and provides over-all program management, including over-sight of the Woodland Biomass Research Center, which has been established in cooperation with the University of California to demonstrate improved biomass utilization methods.
Woodland Biomass Research Center
R&D activities will focus on biomass utilization; tasks will be managed by West Biofuels and project participants include The University of California and The California Energy Commission.
